Who This Is For
If you serve Las Vegas homeowners — as a real estate agent, property manager, home inspector, insurance agent, or other trusted professional — your clients eventually need HVAC help. When they do, we want to be the company you confidently refer them to.
The Trusted Partner program formalizes that relationship. Partners get priority service for their clients, co-branded resources, and a public listing on our Trusted Partners page. In return, we ask that you refer only clients you genuinely believe we can help, and that you maintain the quality standards that earned you a spot in the first place.

When you refer a client, they jump the queue. Same-day or next-day service whenever we can make it happen, without the standard wait times.
Direct line to a team member who knows your business. Emergencies, special requests, coordination for closings — handled without going through a call center.
Your business profiled on /trusted-partners/ with a link back to your site. Provides credibility and referral traffic in both directions.
Display a "TCC Trusted Partner" badge on your website that signals to your visitors that you vet the contractors you recommend.

Who Qualifies
We vet every applicant because your reputation reflects on ours. To be approved as a Trusted Partner, you must meet all of the following:
- ✓Legitimate Nevada business with an active state license and verifiable physical presence in the Las Vegas Valley.
- ✓At least 2 years in business. Track record matters.
- ✓Google rating of 4.0+ with at least 25 reviews. Quality speaks for itself.
- ✓No unresolved BBB complaints or active regulatory actions.
- ✓Non-competitor. Not an HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical contracting business.
- ✓Professional website. Original content, clean design, HTTPS, mobile-friendly.
Our vetting usually takes 3–5 business days from the time you apply. We'll let you know the outcome either way.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a cost to become a Trusted Partner?
No. The program is free to join. We don't charge partners, and we don't charge referral fees.
Do I have to exclusively refer to The Cooling Company?
No. We understand you may have existing relationships. We just ask that when you do refer to us, it's because you believe we're the right fit for that specific client.
What do I have to do in return?
Display the Trusted Partner badge on your site with a link back to our Trusted Partners page. Refer clients to us when they're a good fit. Maintain the quality standards that qualified you. That's it.
Can you be removed from the program?
Yes. If a partner drops below our quality criteria (Google rating falls, BBB complaints, regulatory actions, website goes dark), we remove the listing. We review every partner quarterly.
How is this different from Angi, HomeAdvisor, or Yelp?
Those are paid lead platforms that charge contractors for every click or call. Our Trusted Partner program is free and based on genuine vetted relationships. We'd rather have 100 real partners than 10,000 accounts on a directory.
I'm an HVAC or plumbing company. Can I join?
No. This program is for complementary services, not direct competitors. We're happy to collaborate with trades that don't overlap with our own work (general contractors, electricians, roofers, solar installers, etc.).
