I got an estimate for a new AC system, considering mine is 15 years old. Wes came over and went through the entire process and cost. Great Job Wes, you gave us the confidence we needed in your company.
We called on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. The company our homeowner warranty company referred us to wasn't going to be open till Tuesday. My wife and I were looking at 3 nights of hotels. Called Cooling Company because of previous good experience with them. Their service tech, Johnny, arrived within the hour. What a great guy. Spent a lot of time diagnosing and fixing our problem, even changed our filters in the 14 foot high ceiling. Both my wife and I were impressed with Johnny's great attitude, explanation of short and long term issues with our system, and his overall willingness to be helpful. Well done, Johnny and the Cooling company.
A/C stopped working on Labor Day afternoon. Called Cooling Company and scheduled service for next morning. Johnny showed up on time and had problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. Showed me and explained everything he needed to do. Very professional and patient with answering all my questions regarding my aging unit. Also impressed by the fact that he refused to enter my home without first applying shoe covers even though I told him it wasn't necessary.
Finally a straight up company. On time, decent and honest Technician, no hustle, and they function as a team to solve problems. I lived it...great outfit.
A reeky great job your tech's. To show up on a Sunday and fix my A/C while I was wilting in a sweat box for a day. The man you sent here was a real pro, can't thank him or you guys enough.
Danilo was the service man that came to the property today. We are trying to purchase a home and needed and estimate on all the work that needed to be accomplished for the HVAC between all of the buildings on the property. He was prompt, professional, curdious, and did a great job of explaining everything to me. Overall it was a very good experience!
My service technician Jorge was scheduled to arrive between 8 and 9 am on Saturday morning. Jorge arrived at 7:59, very professionally dressed extended his hand as he introduced himself and said "let's get your barbecue installed!Within one hour Jorge had my barbecue switched from propane to natural gas. He installed a hose bib allowing me to easily and safely disconnect the gas hose enabling me to move the barbecue out of the way when not in use!!!!!!In 21 years here in Las Vegas never have I encountered any service technician as clean, punctual, friendly, honest, sincere or professional as Jorge with The Cooling Company.P.S. I mentioned my water bill had been so high and my landscaper was always telling me I have a broken pipe,sprinkler or something and I hoped I didn't have a broken water pipe to the house. Before Jorge got into his van to leave he checked my water meter at the curb came back to tell me he checked the water and no water running when the water was turned off to house!!!!!! This was after I paid the bill that so very reasonable.Thank you Jorge and you take care!!!!!!!!.
Air Conditioner would not cool down to under 80 degrees, an would shutdown even with thermostat set at 76 degrees. George came to the conclusion that the Freon was low and gave high readings, only 2 year 11 months old, somehow lost almost 2 pounds of Freon. He is a great addition to the family of technicians that care. so far the system is back on line
This company was GREAT! They came out to fix the house A/C within 24 hours when every other company said it would take 5-7 days to come out! It was 114 degrees outside and my 71 year old mother has breathing problems. They didn't charge anything extra to come out right away. The tech showed up the next day before noon, assessed the problem and fixed it within an hour. The price was reasonable and we would use them again and refer them to other family members and friends.
Ray arrived when expected (7 PM), quickly found why AC wasn't working; had necessary part for repair. He welcomed questions, gave thorough info & was a pleasure to deal with.
