About Joanna Santana
Joanna is the backbone of The Cooling Company and a driving force behind its continued growth. Her entrepreneurial spirit and immigrant journey embody the American dream: building a business that serves thousands of Las Vegas families with honest HVAC and plumbing service. With a background in finance and business leadership, she oversees the systems that keep TCC running with precision, from scheduling and customer experience to the standards every technician is held to. Since 2011, Joanna has helped Wellington grow TCC from a family operation into a valley-wide team known for upfront pricing, licensed work, and 24/7 emergency response when desert heat makes cooling a safety issue, not a luxury.
